Financial Information Service Pty Ltd (FIS) was established in 2006 to service a need identified in the Financial Services Industry – How to engage large databases for financial product solutions. FIS has partnered with Contact Centres Australia (CCA) www.contactcentres.com.au, an established call centre based in Sydney. CCA’s success lies in its ability to manage and maximise large databases currently managing over 1 million customers on behalf of leading charities and companies. We have identified a need in the Financial Services Industry to utilize these same skills and systems to work with product providers and distribution networks to engage large groups of clients for financial services solutions such as life risk and superannuation.

FIS has also partnered with real consulting services, www.realadvice.com.au to provide licensing and other related support in the sale of life risk products. FIS will provide a range of services to assist the sale of insurance products both directly and indirectly and play a part in addressing Australia’s chronic underinsurance problem.

FIS also works with individual or large adviser groups to assist them maximize the opportunity within their own client base. These services range from the sale of simple life risk products on their behalf to education and lead generation on a range of financial services solutions.
